VINTAGE HANDMADE TODDLER PAJAMAS 2T-3T 1950s granny was a good seamstress!

Description

Unusual handmade vintage pajamas, probably 1950s judging by the fabric and the other items in the estate lot where they were purchased. Cotton flannel with clown and teddy bear print, two piece which buttons together in front but not in back, making what amounts to a drop seat. The pants have feet with grippy dots on the soles.
Much attention to detail here, finished seams, binding tape, hand stitched in areas needing reinforcement. The waist elastic is still stretchy but the ankle elastic is not. There’s one small repair on left forearm.
Please note this fabric shows wash wear! It is flannel and it is fuzzed up from the wash. It’s still soft and not crunchy or scratchy, but it does show a pilled texture. The bottoms of the feet show no wear or soiling, so I expect that the previous owner was at an age when he or she was not yet walking.
