Below is a chart of the different sizes of metal. Most tool box manufactures use Gauge 22-28 which is very low. In 2017 we upgrades all our boxes and use 16-18 Gauge making Premier Toolbox top of the line. This is one of the reasons we are so confident in our Lifetime warranty.

Premier Toolbox was established in 2000 in Jacksonville Florida ( Yes we are right here in the good USA) when we saw a major need for a quality toolbox for our dealerships and dealer network. Our dealership continued to purchase cheap knockoff boxes that both broke the bank AND only lasted 1 maybe 2 years. See our business was mechanics, we lived - breathed and was submersed into the life. With using our number one asset every day ( our hands) we were in and out of our boxes daily. For 9-10 years we always found our investments going in the trash and our dealer network was having the same issue. There was not a quality product on the market that did not put you into bankruptcy, so Premier Toolbox set out to do what they do best... Manufacture and sold the problem.  Our customers live the life, they are rough on their tools, use them everyday and hold some of the highest level positions in the USA. We had to build a box that would last.... A box that would give the customers the peace of mind of knowing it would hold up to their toughest conditions. Our customers are airplane mechanics, motorcycle mechanics, mom and pop stores, USA Government, Camping World just to name a few. After two years of product testing and R and D, Premier Toolbox released the first toolbox in 2002 to commercial customers only. From 2002 to 2016 the demand passed our expectations and we began to sell out of every order, sometimes taking pre orders as much as a year in advance. This was amazing but we were unable to produce fast enough in order to sell to the general public and this was not our loan term goal as a business. We went back to the drawing board and figured out how to add another production run to our manufacturing and still offer the highest quality product on the market. In 2018 we finally were successfully able to catch up on all commercial orders and bring our Premier Lineup to both the residential user and commercial side. There are NEVER corners cut with our quality. From the white glove service our factory displays to the custom shipping crate your box will arrive in we NEVER settle for just ok. This is why if it has the Premier Toolbox name on it, it will come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.  Our warranty is the nations best and we talk the talk because we have 20 years of walking the walk. of knock off versions of our box and many that are made out of cheap plastic and or 24-29
Gauge
steel. These units CANNOT hold the weight our can and will destruct on you. Please do you''re

All of our products ship right out of Jacksonville Florida. If your storage system is in stock your unit will ship within 4 business days. If it is a pre order it will be noted at the top of this page but do not worry, anytime we do a pre order you get as much as ,000 OFF the price. Due to the high demand of our products sometimes we do sell out and start custom manufacturing orders for clients so please visit the top of the page to check the lead time.  Now, we have the most unique shipping containers in the business. When you purchase from Premier we want to make sure your investment arrives to you in tip top shape. Every unit comes in a custom shipping crate. With our 3 layer protection each piece in insulated with packing foam, the layered by honeycomb protection and finished with a custom MDF crate signed sealed and delivered on a pallet strapped.  With 15 years of shipping mistakes we have invested HEAVILY into our shipping crates to make sure you the end consumer NEVER has a issue. We are proud to announce this has cut our shipping damage, claims and part request down by 98% and our Tru Premier Crate is something that will protect your investment.  Please note you may

- If you are looking to ship to a house there is an additional fee of 0. This is because a special, smaller truck MUST deliver your storage system and have a
lift-gate in order to unload. All Farms AND residential delivery addresses must have this added fee.

-  We welcome pickups at our store but you must make an appt. All pickup orders are still custom crated so please leave extra room when loading. All pickup orders can

Assembly and Setup
All of our products come to you in a custom shipping crate. You will need a hammer or pry bar to open the crate and unpack your custom toolbox. All of our systems come 80% assembled to prevent any shipping damage. All bottom pieces of the systems come pre assembled so you never will have to assemble drawers, ball bearing slides or any structures that are not quick and easy. On most models the top sections are broken down, in the bottom sections with hardware in drawers. We offer step by step instructions in ENGLISH with hardware clearly marked. Lets face it , we all been there trying to assemble something that you could not even pronounce the name. Please allot 30 minutes per section or about 2 hours to fully complete assemble on the box. It is best you have one extra set of hands for quicker assembly. Each section only has a few nuts and bolts to be fastened to complete. This process eliminated any issues with damage and lost parts.
