Leviton DDS 6000-15 Digital Dimming System 1200 Watts per Channel

Up for consideration Leviton DDS 6000-15.  First of all I am no expert on this item as it was one of my interesting finds.  It powers up, but other than that I wouldn't know how else to test it.  If you experts want to advise me I wouldn't mind the help.
What I can tell you from the print on the item is...

Input Rating 120V, 60HZ, 1800W
Output Rating 120V, 60HZ, 1200W per Channel NOT TO EXCEED 1800w TOTAL.
Item show light wear, and was very clean when I bought it.
Measures 11" L x 9 1/2" W x 4" H.  Weighs approx. 11 1/2 lbs..
I will do my best to describe any flaws, but I am not an expert and may not catch everything.
Please remember they are used and not new and may show normal signs of wear.
